After a quiet September with regards to markets it's all full steam ahead for October with me popping up in various locations over the weekends, including North Wales, Lancashire and Yorkshire.

North Wales Contemporary Craft Fair

So excited to have been selected to take part in the North Wales contemporary craft fair this month, which is bigger than their usual monthly affair, with 40+ stalls selling their handmade and handcrafted wares directly to the public, along with a pop up workshop, all completely free!!!

St George's Hall Seasonal Markets

Whenever I'm given the opportunity to take part in a market in the magnificent St George's Hall, it's always a resounding yes, especially with the history this building shares with Joolzery.

With over 60 stalls inside and food sellers outside, you'll be spoilt for choice, whether you're looking for artwork, candles or jewellery.

Liverpool Black Mens Group Black History Month Market

The annual event held within one of my favourite venues with in Liverpool, the Sefton Park Palmhouse, to celebrate the independent black owned businesses from around the region.

There will be over 15 black owned businesses selling everything from art, cosmetics, woodturned household items, African print clothes and accessories, and lets not forget fabulous handcrafted recycled sterling silver and semi precious stone jewellery

The Hebden Bridge Artists Market

Funny how life works out, I was hoping to return to Hebden Bridge with the Hand & Treasure winter event, but it was cancelled due to the organiser having to prepare for a big exhibition show in November.

Then Millton Arts contacted me about taking part in their artists market at the Hebden Bnridge Town Hall, so obviously I quickly paid for my stall, before they had a chance to change their minds.

With over 20 artists and makers displaying their latest creations on sale to the public, including fine art, ceramics, photography print, fabric art and jewellery

Clitheroe Mind, Body & Spirit Show

This is my first time doing this event, as previous Mind, Body & Spirit shows haven't been that successful in the past, especially when that have booked jewellery stalls who have just brought in mass produced items to sell at these events, but following a really successful event at the Pendle Heritage Centre a couple of months ago, I was approached by the organiser to see if I was interested in doing theirs.

My usual stance of if I can't think of a reason to say No, then say Yes, and here I am!!!
 

The line up looks impressive with quality mushrooms, sound therapies, reflexologist, the Pendle witch project telling graphic stories, tarot card readings, spiritual mediums, homeopathy, Shungite products and jewellery of course.

Although this is a weekend event, due to a previous booking, I will be only taking part on the Saturday

Oxton Village Market

It's been a fair few months since I was last at this venue, so excited to be back here again next month.  If things go to plan, this will be my last at this venue for 2025.

With over 30 independent food and crafts stalls both inside ad out, you'll definitely find something not on the high street.

The Night Market @Manchester

My last market of October sees me returning to one of my favourite venues in Manchester, the Victoria Baths, with the Night Market UK.

I haven't done that many events with this organiser this year, as they felt, I've done a lot with them, looking at my records this will be my 2nd with them, so I think they may have me mixed up with another black silver smith jeweller, but either way I'm happy that they selected me for ths one, as it looks awesome!!!

This is goiong to be a BIG one with over 100 independent stalls, bringing everything from artisan wares, arts, crafts, food and vintage, with street soul food, bars and a DJ, this will feel more like a party night than a market, I can't wait!!!
