February is that time of the year when it's about love!!!!

Whether you chose to celebrate Galentines, Valentines and/or Ant-Valentines Day, here are 4 perfect alternative healing stones to express your love.

And with the current state of the world, I feel we all could do with a little bit more Love and Compassion for our fellow man.

This year there's all types of love movements going on at the moment:

• Galentines, invented in 2010, a female friendship celebration that occurs on the 13th February. This day focuses on the close platonic female bonds, whether single or taken, who we appreciate and love, rather than romantic partners. Ladies celebrating Ladies.
• Valentines, named after Saint Valentine, a 3rd-century Roman priest who was martyred for secretly marrying couples, defying Emperor Claudius II's ban on marriage. It may also have roots in the Roman festival of Lupercalia.  Predominately the 14th Febrary is a day dedicated to romance, a day that is also used to celebrate friendship and love for family members, and
• Anti-Valentines, this is a new one on me, but it kept on popping up on my Instagram feed, so I was naturally curious.  Currently celebrated on the 15th February, a counter-celebration to Valentine's Day, focusing on self-love, friendship and independence as a response to the  commercialism, perceived forced romance and high expectations of February 14th, generally observed by singles and couples alike who prefer non-traditional, often humorous, or empowering ways to express the season.
