April is shaping up to be a month of firsts, as I visiting a couple new venues, as well as returning to a regular favourite, and racking up some miles.

The month starts off with a double market on the first weekend.


Granby Street Market

It's great to be back at this fabulous community eclectic street market after its 5 month hiatus.

This will be smaller than usual as the organisers are still testing their new systems and processes, so you'll find us at the Princes Avenue end of the street.
 

There will be 20+ stalls selling everything including fantastic handmade and handcrafted arts and crafts, artisan and street food, plants, bric-a-brac, recycled and upcycled items from around the local area.

There is always something different at this market, with a banging DJ and local community groups providing the entertainment, it's always  well worth a visit!!!

The Northern Edit 

When a customer gave me the heads up about this new market starting up in Blackpool, it would have been rude of me to ignore it.

The venue has undergone an extensive renovation to bring the building back into use, full of independent food and retail spaces, aspiring to be a destination spot in Blackpool.

With this being the first market by the Northerm Edit within the venue, I'm so honoured to have been selected to take part.
 

With 20+ curated independent food and crafts stalls from the region, it should be amazing, so if you're in the area, pop in and check us all out

A new artisan market venue from the guys who run both the Oxton village market and the Port Sunlight markets.

Ripon Cathedral Spring Food, Home and Garden Fair

My last market of the month sees me returning to the magnificent Ripon Cathedral for their spring food, home and garden fair.

Even though their Christmas affair was a bit of a wipeout, I did pretty well at the spring one so I've decided to return again this year.

I really love this grand venue, even though it means a super early start and an extremely long day to take part in this event, but with a myriad of choirs providing the entertainment, cute lambs and ice cream, there's something for everyone.
 

Billed as a day filled with incredible food, inspiring home furnishings, and stunning garden plants and accessories, with 80+ stalls of fabulous handcrafted and handmade wares by independent artists, crafters and makers, making it the perfect destination for a shopping day out for gifts and cards
