Joolzery 13th Birthday Prize Giveaway!!!!!

Joolzery turns 13 today, officially a teenager, so I am holding a prize giveaway to thank you all for your continued support of my business over the years.

13 years ago Joolzery was formed, whilst recouporating from a life threatening side effect following a routine medical procedure.

3 weeks after forming Joolzery, I took part in my first face-to-face event, Summer Arts Market in St George's Hall, where the business was officially launched.

Not everything went to plan, and I ended up loosing over £300 in sales as I couldn't take card payments.

Over the years it has been a rollercoaster of blood, sweat, tears and burns ever since, but I love it!!!

Joolzery has taken me to places I've never been, and forcing me to do thing I never would, constantly pushing me out of my comfort zone, giving me the opportunity to confront my fears and grow.

All this would not be possible, if it wasn't for you, the customers and supporters of Joolzery, in all your various guises, who have inspired and encouraged me to keep living my dream, letting my inner child experiment and push the industry definitions of what jewellery design should be, for which I am forever grateful and thankful.

As a sign of my gratitude in reaching another business year milestone I am holding a birthday giveaway competition.

Inveritably, I have been scratching my head for the last month as to what would be a worthwile giveway prize, the natural and obvious choice would be the 13th anniversary gemstone, Citrine, but should I go with a studs, earrings, ring or a pendant????

With so many options, my head began to hurt...

What would be a perfect 13th Birthday giveaway prize?

Looking at my collection of Citrine stones, the inner magpie was drawn to the trilliion facet cut version, providing a contemporary pop of colour that captures the season of summer, bringing abundance, joy, energy and happiness into ones life.

Oh how I would love to be 13! But July means 63! So those earrings would sparkle on my birthday, and I’ll probably be out walking somewhere!!

I would gift them to my sister. Unfortunately, while we were away on holiday she received a call saying her landlord is selling her flat and she's being made redundant. Maybe, as citrine is a stone of joy and prosperity they may be lucky for her.

That’s sounds absolutely awful, but maybe for something new to start that’s better, you have to get rid of something old.

Citrine, the stone of abundance, could be the catalyst of better things to come for your sister.

My youngest has just turnes 13 as well, and with an autum wedding on the way (mine! Not hers!) a lovely citrine would compliment the colour scheme perfectly.l xxxx

Congratulations. So pleased that you have continued to fight the storm.
I would welcome the earrings as I have recently lost my dad and next week finishing work as I am being made redundant. I would wear the earrings to any interviews I would be fortunate to get and when out and about with my new tiny business making bags and safety phone straps with crochet. 13 is my number & has been since 1975, am I giving my age away????
They'd go perfectly with my newly even shorter hair & once I'd put them in they'd be on display wherever I am as I very rarely change them, unless have an MRI, with the 2 rings I have from you I'd be a mobile advert for you! xx

13 is such an amazing feminine number, not sure why it gets such bad press?

Age is just a number, ad the 70s was a good decade.

The colour adds a nice pop, and the facet cut makes them sparkle in the light like little suns, so are versatile and goes with everything day or night.

I would love to win these because... I just love silver, and I love your jewels. The setting of these looks really very beautiful :-)

I’ve kept the settings for the studs minimal as the citrine stones are contemporary that I wanted their natural brilliance to shine.
