With a quiet September of markets, October is relatively busier for events, especially as it is Black History month in the UK.

For some venues this will be the last time this year I'll be visiting as I head indoors and the bi-annual events start popping up.

Granby Street Market

Always a joy to be part of this wonderfully eclectic Granby Street community market.

There will be 50+ stalls selling everything including fantastic handmade and handcrafted arts and crafts, artisan and street food, plants, bric-a-brac, recycled and upcycled items from around the local area.

There is always something different at this market, with DJs playing banging tunes and local community groups providing the entertainment, it's always  well worth a visit!!!

LBMG Black History Month Market

It's that time of the year, when the gang descends on this magnificient venue. 

This annual event held within one of my favourite places in Liverpool, the Sefton Park Palmhouse, to celebrate the independent black owned businesses from around the region.

There will be over 15 black owned businesses selling everything from art, cosmetics, ceramic household items, African print clothes and accessories, and lets not forget fabulous handcrafted recycled sterling silver and semi precious stone jewellery

Milltown Arts Autumn Artists Market

Really excited to be taking part in the Milltown Arts Craft Fair this month in Hebden Bridge, which will be my last visit to this uber creative town.

With over 20 artists and makers displaying their latest creations on sale to the public, including fine art, ceramics, photography print, fabric art and jewellery

Halloween Holistic Fair 

I was approched to do this holistic fair, from a fellow stallholder I met at the Saltaire Holistic Fair, earlier this year, initially I was hesitant, looking at a weekend of super early starts, a a long drive, but I was intrigued.

Plus I get to visit a new venue and geographical location! 
 

With over 25 holistc exhibitors and practitionaers, alomg with workshop during the day.

Oxton Village Market

Currently this is my last market of 2026 at this venue,  but I'm so grateful to be taking part in the fabulous monthly market.

With over 30 independent food and crafts stalls both inside and out, you'll definitely find something not on the high street.
